1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

By using the website or placing an order, you represent that all identity, age, billing, shipping, and account information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or is used with lawful authorization.

We may use third-party services to verify age, identity, address, payment information, and purchase eligibility. We may refuse, hold, review, or cancel an order when verification cannot be completed.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate an account associated with false information, attempted purchases by or for minors, fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

3. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders remain subject to age verification, payment authorization, inventory availability, destination review, fraud screening, and compliance with applicable law.

We may limit quantities, reject an order, correct an error, or cancel an order before shipment. When we cancel an unshipped order, any amount properly due back will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate pricing, product images, specifications, flavor names, descriptions, and availability. Packaging, colors, labeling, and product appearance may vary from images supplied by manufacturers.

We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or listing errors and may cancel affected orders. Promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

5. Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy applies to unopened, opened, used, unused, sealed, and unsealed products, including disposable vapes, pods, e-liquids, devices, accessories, and clearance or closeout merchandise.

Submitting information about an order issue does not create a right to a return, exchange, refund, replacement, credit, or other remedy. Any issue reported to us will be reviewed individually.

6. Order Cancellations

A cancellation request must be submitted within one hour after the order is placed. Cancellation is available only when fulfillment has not already begun.

After the one-hour cancellation window, an order is final. When a late cancellation is still operationally possible, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. Any shipping charges already incurred are nonrefundable.

7. Restricted Destinations

We ship only where the sale and delivery of the ordered products are lawful. We do not ship to any state, territory, city, county, municipality, or other jurisdiction where the products are prohibited or where we cannot lawfully complete the transaction.

Checkout controls are intended to prevent orders to restricted destinations, but no automated system is perfect. We may cancel an order after placement if further review shows that the destination or product is restricted.

An unshipped order cancelled solely because its destination is legally restricted will receive a full refund without a restocking fee.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

All vapor-product shipments are sent using an Adult Signature Required service for a recipient aged 21 or older. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and arranging for an eligible adult to be available at delivery.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Purchasing or attempting to purchase products while under 21.
• Purchasing products for, transferring products to, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Submitting false identity, age, payment, billing, or shipping information.
• Circumventing age verification, geographic restrictions, quantity limits, security measures, or checkout controls.
• Using another person’s identity, payment method, account, or address without authorization.
• Using the website or its products for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfering with the website, attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping protected content, or disrupting service.

10. Product Use and Warnings

Products sold through this website are intended only for adults who are legally permitted to purchase and use them. Nicotine is addictive.

Customers are responsible for reading product labels, warnings, ingredients, instructions, and manufacturer information and for determining whether possession or use is lawful in their location.

Keep all products away from children and pets. Do not ingest e-liquid. Do not use damaged, leaking, swollen, overheated, altered, or improperly functioning products.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an as-available and as-is basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly required by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Manufacturer descriptions, specifications, and warranties are supplied by their respective manufacturers and may be subject to separate terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIA Tyson Vape Deals and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, an order, delivery, product possession, or product use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
