1. Age Verification & Adult Signature
Every order requires successful third-party age verification before it is fulfilled. Delivery requires an adult signature (21+) at the time of drop-off; carriers will not leave packages unattended.
2. Restricted States & Regions
Some states and localities restrict or prohibit the shipment of vapor products by mail. If your shipping address is in a restricted region, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically at checkout or shortly after.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and location and are shown at checkout as an estimate, not a guarantee.
