Final Sale, Cancellation & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

MIA Tyson Vape Deals does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

This policy applies regardless of whether a product is opened, unopened, sealed, unsealed, used, unused, unwanted, ordered by mistake, incompatible with another product, or no longer needed.

2. Disposable Products

Disposable vaping products are consumable electronic products and do not carry a return privilege through MIA Tyson Vape Deals.

Customers should review product descriptions, nicotine strength, flavor, compatibility, quantity, and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

3. One-Hour Cancellation Window

A customer may request cancellation within one hour after placing an order, provided fulfillment has not already begun.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@miatysonvapedeals.com with the order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." Sending a request does not guarantee cancellation when fulfillment has already started.

4. Requests After One Hour

After the one-hour cancellation window, the sale is final.

When a late cancellation is still operationally possible before shipment, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled while in transit.

5. Returned-to-Sender Orders

A package returned because of failed adult-signature attempts, refusal, an incorrect or incomplete address, customer-requested rerouting, failure to retrieve the package, or another delivery issue may be eligible for redelivery after all applicable shipping and redelivery charges are paid.

When the customer requests cancellation instead of redelivery, original shipping charges are nonrefundable and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any remaining amount eligible for refund.

6. Restricted-Destination Cancellations

An unshipped order cancelled solely because the destination is legally restricted will receive a full refund without a restocking fee.

7. Order or Transit Concerns

Visible transit damage, an apparent order discrepancy, or another delivery-related concern must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

Customers must retain the product, shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, packing materials, and all other contents while the matter is reviewed.

Photographs, video, carrier information, or other supporting documentation may be requested. Every report is reviewed individually. Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund, return, replacement, exchange, or credit.

8. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary and are outside our control.

Shipping charges, redelivery costs, adult-signature charges, and other carrier charges already incurred are nonrefundable except where expressly stated in this policy or required by law.
